Please read these terms carefully before using the bbdk platform. All rules covering account registration, payments, bonuses and gaming policy are described in detail here.
Introduction and General Overview
This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between you and the bbdk platform. By using the bbdk website you are agreeing to these terms.
1.1 — Parties to the Agreement
These terms apply between the bbdk platform ("we", "our", "bbdk") and you ("user", "member", "you"). bbdk is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. 1.2 — Right to Amend Terms
bbdk reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes we will try to notify you by email or through the platform. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Account Registration and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bbdk.
2.1 — Age Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the bbdk platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If anyone registers using false information, their account will be immediately cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 — Geographic Restrictions
Users from certain countries and regions are not permitted to use bbdk services. Users from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited should not register. It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with the laws of your region. bbdk will not accept any legal liability in this regard.
2.3 — One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use bbdk, but their accounts must be operated from separate devices and payment methods.
2.4 — Providing Accurate Information
Complete and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Registering with false information will be considered a breach of these terms. bbdk reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. This verification process may require national ID card or passport details.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
All rules relating to financial transactions on bbdk are described in this section.
3.1 — Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 by any method.
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
- bbdk does not apply any additional charges at the time of deposit, however your payment provider may charge fees.
3.2 — Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
- The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before requesting a withdrawal.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- bbdk reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
Currency: All transactions on the bbdk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bbdk bonuses and promotional offers have their own terms which need to be read carefully.
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
bbdk offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳8,000 you will receive an additional ৳8,000 as a bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must wager 25 times the total amount of (deposit + bonus).
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and cannot be used again.
- Wagering requirement: 25x (deposit + bonus combined).
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Winnings from bonus funds are withdrawable, but only after wagering is completed.
4.2 — Other Promotions
From time to time bbdk offers various seasonal or special promotional offers. These offers have separate terms which are clearly stated on the offer page. If you have any questions about the terms of a promotion, please contact customer support. bbdk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Abuse of the bonus system (such as bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses with multiple accounts, or evading wagering requirements through coordinated betting methods) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
Participate in bbdk's five-tier VIP program and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.
5.1 — VIP Tiers and Benefits
bbdk's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback — entry-level tier for newly active members.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback — for regular players.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback — for dedicated members.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback — for premium members.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback — for elite members with the highest level of benefits.
5.2 — Tier Progression and Terms
VIP tiers are advanced through active and regular participation on the platform. Detailed criteria can be found by contacting bbdk directly. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. Separate terms may apply to cashback withdrawals.
Gaming Rules and Prohibitions
The following rules must be followed to ensure a fair and honest playing environment on the bbdk platform.
6.1 — Prohibited Activities
- Using fraudulent software or bots.
- Colluding with other players to place bets.
- Exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
- Participating in money laundering or illegal activities.
- Collecting personal information of other users.
6.2 — Fair Play Policy
bbdk is a fair play platform. 7.1 — Password and Login Security

7.2 — Account Suspension and Closure Policy
bbdk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breaching any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion Policy

Reproducing, distributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9.2 — Third-Party Content
Content from game providers on the bbdk platform (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) is governed entirely by their own intellectual property policies. Trademarks or brand names associated with these providers are their own property.
Limitation of Liability & Legal Matters

10.2 — Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through friendly discussion. If that is not possible, the applicable legal process will be followed. The user bears full responsibility for complying with the local laws of their own country.
10.3 — Severability
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, only that part will be voided and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
